Sarah Drinkwater is a full-time Realtor®, licensed attorney, certified expert negotiator, and relocation specialist with a borderline nerdy obsession with Pittsburgh architecture. After living all over the country, she chose Pittsburgh a decade ago for its history, charm, front-porch friendliness, and yes, the houses.

She’s been in love with real estate since childhood and has spent more than eight years advising buyers and sellers on everything from investment fixer-uppers to multi-million-dollar luxury homes.

Beyond real estate, Sarah serves on the board of the Friends of the Sewickley Public Library, sings alto with the Pittsburgh Concert Chorale as well as serves on PCC’s Board of Directors, competes in weekly trivia games, loves musical theater, travels the world in search of great views and better pastries, and documents it all through photography and occasionally humorous writing.

A graduate of both Brigham Young University (Provo, UT) and Thomas Kline School of Law - Duquesne University.Sarah is a proud mom of a Quaker Valley alum (Olivia Lark Berry), a South Jersey native turned Pittsburgher, and the kind of person who remembers both your dog’s name and your inspection deadline. And yes, that is her real name.
